Before the weekend fills
Call or check a date
Weekends in May through August go first. Call (512) 765-6071 or check a date on Austin Bounce House Rentals. This site does not hold inventory. The catalog does.
If the space looks tight
Send the gate and the outlet
We confirm yard photos when the lot might be small, sloped, or fenced in a way a trailer cannot love. Text a picture of the gate and the outlet. The yard fit notes explain why a Lil Kahuna and a Tropical Hyper are not interchangeable.
Morning of the event
Delivery, then setup
The window is morning of the event. Setup is typically a few minutes once the trailer is in place. Most backyard units are up in well under 20 minutes. Tall dual lanes need a little more. We will not promise a single number for every unit on the truck.
After we connect the line
You run the hose
We connect the misting line. We do not leave the water on. The host runs the hose. One standard outdoor outlet within about 100 feet, and we bring the cord. Then we walk you through the blower and the rules, and we get out of the splash zone.
End of the rental window
Leave it up until we are back
Pickup is at the end of the window. Leave the unit inflated and the stakes in until we arrive, unless we have told you otherwise because of wind. Sustained wind around 15 mph is the line where it comes down.
If the plan changes
No deposit, and a 24-hour cancel
No deposit with Austin Bounce House Rentals. Cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before delivery by calling the office. No penalty. Do not email a maybe and assume the morning is released.
